This Agreement is between MoJamoza Technologies ("we", "us") and the individual who refers business owners to MojaDuka as a referral agent ("you", "Agent"). Accepting a referral commission arrangement with us, as confirmed via WhatsApp or in person, constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
You introduce business owners to MojaDuka. We handle everything from there — building, hosting, and supporting their store. You are not an employee, contractor, or representative authorized to act on our behalf, make promises about our service, or collect payment for us.
Your commission rate (a flat amount per referred client, or a percentage of their one-time setup fee) is agreed with you directly and recorded in our system. Commission is calculated on a referred client's setup fee only — not on recurring monthly hosting fees. You can ask us for your current referred-client list and running commission balance at any time.
Commission is earned once a business you referred actually signs up and is recorded as a client in our system. Referring someone who never signs up, or who signs up through another channel without mentioning your referral, does not earn commission.
Commission is paid out on request, based on your available balance at the time. We keep a running record of what's owed and what's been paid — ask us any time for a current statement.
You are free to refer as many or as few businesses as you like, and are not obligated to promote MojaDuka exclusively or at all in any given period. We are free to work with other agents in the same or overlapping areas.
You agree not to make false or misleading claims about MojaDuka or its pricing when referring a business, and not to charge a referred business anything on our behalf — our pricing is quoted directly to them by us.
Either party may end this referral arrangement at any time by notifying the other. Commission already earned on clients referred before ending remains payable.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya.
